Self-Pickup

Shipping
• Door-to-door courier delivery — ₪49; estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
• Free shipping in Israel on orders from ₪800.
• Kibbutzim and moshavim — please note that the shipment may be delivered to the local secretariat, local post office, or the community’s mail distribution point.
• International shipping — calculated automatically according to weight, destination country and shipping method.
• Estimated international delivery time: 5–16 business days.

Order Processing Times
• In-stock items are shipped within up to 2 business days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Custom-made / personalized orders are prepared for shipment within up to 10 business days.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation before the shipment is handed over to the courier:
Cancellation is possible. The cost of the items and the shipping fee will be refunded, after deduction of a cancellation/payment fee of up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Cancellation after the shipment has been handed over to the courier:
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
• The cost of the items will be refunded after deduction of a cancellation/payment fee of 5% or ₪100.
• The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment in the original packaging, at their own expense, and providing us with the tracking number.
Cancellation of custom-made / personalized orders before work has begun:
Cancellation is possible. The cost of the product and shipping will be refunded after deduction of a cancellation fee of 5% of the total payment or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Cancellation of custom-made / personalized orders after work has begun:
Cancellation is not possible. No refund will be issued.

Returns and Exchanges
• Returns are accepted within up to 14 calendar days from the date the order is received, for standard items only.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, with no signs of use, and with all accessories included.
• Exchange for a similar item, such as a different size, model or color, is possible within the same time frame.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of a defect or an error on our part.
• Each item is checked before shipment, with documentation of its condition.
• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Custom-made / personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
